I had a great experience staying here for 3 nights. The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from iconic sites like the Colosseum. The staff were helpful with local tips and travel arrangements. Plus, my room had a lovely little balcony with a nice view! 😄

The triple room was cramped, more suited for a double occupancy than three people with luggage. Showers were tiny and lackluster, cleanliness was questionable with reports of bed bugs, and there were issues with the elevators and their efficiency.

The broken shower door and cracked tiles in the bathroom need urgent repairs!!! The overall decor appears outdated and mismatched, making the rooms feel shabby!!! Fridges that don’t work only add to the inconvenience!!!

The location is superb and just around the

corner from the Colosseum, making it easy to explore. The staff were always helpful, giving great local tips. However, I found the mattress a bit hard, which impacted my sleep.

My stay at Hs 311 was delightful, thanks to its superb location just around the corner from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and numerous restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering tourism tips and even arranging for airport transfers.
